In Q2 of 2024, the iOS platform saw varying performances among the top food and diet tracking applications in the US. Here's a snapshot of how these apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter showed consistent revenue throughout the quarter, peaking at $565K and dipping to $291K in mid-June. Downloads remained strong with a high of 114K in early June, and weekly active users (WAU) also peaked in June at 3.6M.

Pulse Checker. Calorie Manager experienced its highest revenue at the start and end of April, reaching $455K and $406K respectively. However, downloads ceased after May, and active users dropped to zero in June, indicating a significant shift in the app's user base.

Fastic: Food & Calorie Tracker saw a fluctuating revenue pattern, with a notable spike to $243K in late May. Downloads surged to 129K in early June, and WAU increased steadily over the quarter, ending at 174K.

YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet experienced varied revenue, with a high of $221K in late May. Downloads saw an uptick in mid-June with 48K, and WAU showed an increasing trend, reaching 176K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Fitia: Diet & Meal Planner had its revenue peak in June, hitting $177K. Downloads were highest in late April at 77K, while WAU saw a drop to 297K by the quarter's end.
